Recruitment 2019

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How do I register for recruitment?

Registration is completely online! Beginning June 1, 2018, you can go to  our registration site where  you can fill out your application, upload a picture, and  make your registration payment of $85. We encourage you to pay online, but if you would like to send a check or money order you may mail it to:

Louisiana Tech Panhellenic Council
c/o SaraBeth Wheelis, Director of Finance
P.O. Box 3047 - TS
Ruston, LA 71272

If you would prefer to pay in person, it can be delivered to Ashley Allen, Panhellenic Advisor, in Hale Hall Rm. 102. Checks should be made out to Louisiana Tech Panhellenic.

The registration deadline is Tuesday, September 3, 2019 @3 p.m.

**Once you have completed registration online, Panhellenic will send you a confirmation email to the email provided in your application.

2. What do my fees cover?

Your registration fee covers you're recruitment t-shirt, one meal and snacks during recruitment, access to online registration, mail outs, and office supplies used during recruitment. This fee is non-refundable.

**Registration is not complete until your fee and transcript information are received.

3. If I have a class conflict can I still go through recruitment?

Yes! Panhellenic never encourages a student to miss class due to a sorority event. In the event that you have a class conflict, you will work with your Gamma Chi, and she will ensure that you have a special schedule. You will not miss out on this recruitment experience!

4. What happens if I have a University sport or official event conflict?

If you participate in a Varsity sport, or another University approved activity that conflicts with recruitment, we will do our best to give you a special schedule, and you will go to as many parties as possible. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to attend all parties. If you cannot attend a party, chapters will be notified, you will be marked as excused, and the chapter will not penalize you for that. You will work with your Gamma Chi to make your selections from a distance.
